Preserve, don’t replace:
Long-lasting solutions for your structures.
To us, building rehabilitation means preserving substance, ensuring safety, and protecting the long-term value of your property. Instead of replacing prematurely, we carefully analyze existing structures, identify damage and its causes at an early stage, and develop tailored measures that are technically sound, economically viable, and sustainably planned.
Our services range from condition assessments and damage diagnostics to repair concepts, planning, and implementation support. We combine hands-on experience with structured processes and clear documentation to enable transparent decisions, reliable cost and schedule planning, and solutions that deliver lasting results.
Whether the issue is damage to concrete, masonry, or waterproofing, corrosion, moisture and cracking, or repairs carried out during ongoing operations, we make sure rehabilitation does more than simply repair — it extends service life and prepares your structure for the decades ahead.
With 3D laser scanning, we capture structures quickly, comprehensively, and with millimeter precision — even where geometries are complex or access is difficult. The resulting point cloud creates a digital representation of the existing structure and provides a reliable basis for analysis, planning, and documentation. This allows deviations to be identified early, interfaces to be coordinated more effectively, and refurbishment and conversion decisions to be made with confidence and transparency.
The object and structural design services provided by the Structural Rehabilitation division stand out for their exceptional expertise and outstanding reliability. Particularly impressive are the precise technical detailing, the careful analysis of existing structures, and the development of sustainable, economically sound solutions. Thanks to the excellent coordination of everyone involved, the project process was transparent, efficient, and clearly focused at all times. Overall, it was an outstanding collaboration that I would recommend without reservation.
